Giving GLBT Youth a Safe Haven

Ramirez and Greene created Q Spot, a Philadelphia community center where  gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people can have a comfortable place to hang out and get HIV testing, tutoring,  relationship advice or a free meal.
