Social worker and educator Steve Perry will partner with author, inspirational speaker and TV hose  Iyanla Vazant on a few episodes of her popular reality show “Iyanla: Fix My Life,” according to his spokesman Yusuf Salaam.

A casting call flyer says the episodes with Perry will focus on families that have teenagers with disciplinary problems.

This is an issue in which Perry is an expert.

He earned a masters degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice and is founder and head of Capital Prep Schools in Connecticut and New York that focus on preparing young people from low-income neighborhoods for college.

Perry was also the host of “Save My Son,” a TVONE reality program that put a spotlight on African American parents who wanted to keep their difficult sons out of trouble.
