Cheers to advice columnist Dear Abby for advising a 20-year-old woman to get help from her social worker to address a situation involving a neighbor who made unwanted sexual advances toward her after a car ride.

“A man who would do this to you is completely capable of doing it to a minor. Your social worker will know how to handle the details,” Dear Abby said.
