Woman’s Day Profiles Three Social Workers

Kudos to Woman’s Day magazine for its recent profile, “Women Who Are Changing the World.”

Not surprisingly, three social workers made the list of 50 influential women.

They are Terrie Williams, a social worker and public relations expert who is helping African Americans cope with depression; Suze Orman, a personal finance expert who wants to empower women; and Phyllis Greenberger, president and CEO of the Society for Women’s Health Research.

Williams is  are also a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
