Social Worker tip leads to elderly fraud arrest
Cheers to the Stamford Advocate for this article that mentions how a social worker helped save an elderly man who was a fraud victim.
Leigh Bullock, 43, allegedly stole more than $26,600 from an elderly man through checks and debit card withdrawals. Bullock was the man’s aide.
Police began the investigation after an unnamed social worker filed a complaint. The elderly man was on the social worker’s case list.
