Mother-Daughter Team Help Clients Survive Divorce
Attorney Esther Daniel enlisted her social worker mother Cheryl Daniel to help guide clients through the emotional pitfalls of the divorce process, according to this article in New Jersey’s Asbury Park Press.
For instance, if a client has low self-esteem or dislikes confrontation Cheryl steps in to encourage them. She is also an example they can survive a divorce.
Years ago Cheryl Daniel took her children and left an alcoholic, abusive husband and earned a master’s degree in social work. She is also a National Association of Social Workers member.
“You’re going to climb and you’re going to fall,” Cheryl Daniel said. “And that’s what life is, your experiences.”
Cheers to the Asbury Park Press for covering their story.
