MY 1st cousin married one of my best friends in 1999-2000. a few years later she was awarded her granddaughter. he started abusing her within months. when they divorced the girl came to her grandmother and told her. Grandmother took her to the offices of social workers and they turned it over to harper county kansas saying they want him prosecuted. Well the sheriff said he now lives in oklahoma he’s out of my jurisdiction. Oklahoma would have to talk to him..and then it went from there. Raped from age 5 to 13 and nothing done by law enforcement in 5 to 6 years in jan.2010 she turned 18 and went immediatey to talk them again turned over to new guy then he was let go. She just says why bother anymore.
Got drunk and the county da that wasn’t going to prosecute him is going to prosecute her. I know now that he abused his little sister before she and the rest of the family were killed by a drunk driver. then his daughter and now his sons daughter.if you can do anything PLEASE call me anytime 417-294-0614
