Social Worker Tapped To Run Justice Crime Victim Office
Social worker Beatrice “Bea” Hanson has been nominated to become director of the U.S. Justice Department’s Office for the Victims of Crime, according to this Legal Times blog.
Hanson is now program director at New York City’s “Safe Horizon,” which provides support for victims of crime and abuse.
