Social worker’s prison-harassment suit reinstated

A federal appeals court reinstated on Wednesday a sexual harassment suit by a prison social worker who said her supervisors ignored her reports of being threatened by a male inmate, and asked her what she had done to provoke lewd exhibitionism by other prisoners.
