TV to Watch: Social Worker in Powell Murder Case to Appear on ABC News
Elizabeth Griffin Hall, who news reports identify as the social worker who took Charles and Braden Powell on supervised visits to their father Josh, will appear on ABC News to talk about her ordeal.
Josh Powell, a suspect in the 2009 disappearance of his wife Susan Cox-Powell, pulled the boys into his Puyallup, Wash., home on Sunday, locked Griffin Hall out of the house, and allegedly set off an explosion and fire that killed himself and his two sons.
“The world lost two beautiful boys to a monster,” Griffin Hall said in the ABC News interview.
Griffin Hall has been identified as a social worker, case manager and visitation coordinator in various news accounts. The National Association of Social Workers Washington State Chapter does not know if she is a licensed social worker.
