TV to Watch: “Change of Plans”

Actress Phylicia Rashad (“The Cosby Show”) played social worker “Dorothy” on Fox televisions’s “Change of Plans,” which aired Jan. 8.

In the film, Dorothy helps a reluctant coupleĀ  who have become guardians of four children whose parents died.

The couple areĀ aspiring musician Sally Danville (played by former American Idol contestant Brooke White) and fighter pilot Jason (Joe Flanigan).
