The Ultimate New Year’s Resolution

Tired of making New Year’s resolutions that you break before the first week of the year is out?

Gary Direnfeld MSW RSW , a social worker in Canada and expert on child behavior management, family life and other issues, says the ultimate resolution is making those little decisions each day to liveĀ a life with integrity. Direnfeld is also author of “Raising Kids Without Raising Cane” (Secrets of the Trade, 1992).

“If you are thinking of a New Year’s resolution, truth is, you are looking to save yourself from despair,” he wrote. “You are on the right track. The only thing left to do is ensure you stick to with your resolution vow, to move on with integrity.”
