Feel Angry? Here’s How to Get Over It

Anger is not necessarily something bad. It is nature’s way of telling you something is wrong, National Association of Social Workers member James Eash, LSW, said in this interview on PennLive.com.

Eash, fellow social worker Malcolm Cohen, LCSW, and other experts offered advice on how to handle anger and turn it into something positive.

One way is to let go of the feeling you must be in control of everything. “There are people in this world who think everything in the world must go our way all the time, and if it doesn’t, they get angry,” Eash said.
