Joseph Ubaghs, a licensed clinical social worker who lives in New Milford, has entered into a civil settlement with the federal and state governments in which he will pay $210000 to resolve allegations that he violated the False Claims Act and common law, according to an announcement today by United States Attorney David B. Fein, Connecticut Attorney General George Jepsen and Chief State’s Attorney Kevin T. Kane.

  1. My favorite article out this bunch was the social worker encouraging folks to volunteer in between jobs. This is a powerful way for individuals and families to give back to the community while showing commitment and consistency for a future job.
