Veterans, their families and fellow professionals in Southwest Georgia memorialized the life of social Bruce Butler, LCSW, during a luncheon on October 6, according to this obituary in the Albany Herald.

Butler, who died on Sept. 22 at age 63, was a social worker at the VA Outpatient Clinic in Albany, Ga. He was also a member of the National Association of Social Workers and had worked at a VA Outpatient Clinic in Hollywood, Fla.

The Pennsylvania native is survived by his brother in Pennsylvania and his children and grandchildren.
