That is why we liked this article from The Desert Sun in Palm Springs, CA about medical social worker Mercy Perez and dietician Jessica Brantley. Both work for the Comprehensive Cancer Center at Desert Regional Medical Center. They offer free classes to help patients and their families make tasty yet healthy meals.
