Wisconsin authorities want to revoke lawyer’s license

Wisconsin authorities want to revoke the law license of former Calumet County District Attorney Ken Kratz for six months for misconduct, including making sexually suggestive comments to social workers, according to this article in Huffington Post.

Kratz resigned from his post last year after the media reported that he sent 30  text messages to a 25-year-old domestic abuse victim in order to begin a relationship with her . He was prosecuting her boyfriend at the time.

He also made lewd remarks about oral sex to a social worker who was worried about testifying in a parental rights case and made comments about a court reporter’s breast to another social worker.

Q: Social workers, how do you handle clients who make inappropriate comments to you?
