Social worker Geri Lynn Weinstein Matthews discovered her husband’s post traumatic stress and suicide attempts had been caused by the fact he was sexually abused by fellow service members as a young man. Matthews and her husband decided to advocate for other people in the military who had been sexually abused, creating the documentary “Justiced Denied.” The Voice of Sante Fe interviewed the couple about the film and their advocacy work.
